If a renter contacts you and would like to change the card that is going to be charged for a future scheduled payment, follow the steps below. Please note that Security Deposits can only be charged once.

- Make sure that the new card or desired card is already on file (you can check the renter's profile in Wheelbase, under the PAYMENT METHODS tab).
- Contact Wheelbase Support through the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Send a message including the Reservation #, Last 4 Digits of the card you would like charged, and which scheduled charge you would like changed.
Our support staff will be able to edit the scheduled transaction to charge to the new card!
