Interior Damage Protection, Trip Insurance, and Roadside Assistance require specific details to be sent their respective companies to enable these services for a renter. If a particular booking displays a premium service as ‘pending’ it is likely missing something.
You should see a warning on the reservation page informing you of the missing information and an action button to update that information and retry the service application.
In the photo above, the reservation is missing the Renter’s address, and state of residency.
