- Go to the Reservation
- Scroll to the bottom, Click on the "Transactions" tab
- Click on the Gear icon next to the charge you would like to refund
- Select 'Refund'
Refunds takes 2-5 business days depending on bank processing.
Note: If you need to refund any collected fees for a Premium Service, please be sure the service is removed or the booking is cancelled, otherwise Wheelbase will not release the collected fees. Check the Transaction Log to see if any fees were collected on the transaction.
5. Enter amount you would like to refund to customer
