If a reservation has already begun, meaning the reservation is in progress, you will not be able to change the dates of the reservation yourself from Wheelbase. 

  1. Go to the chat bubble in the lower right hand corner
  2. Send a message that includes:
  • Reservation ID #
  • New beginning and ending dates
  • Whether we should update pricing to match the new days, or keep the pricing the same

Someone from the Wheelbase team will complete your request and let you know when it is done!
