Canadian Driver Verifications require your renters to go through and complete the screening online, they will get an email prompting them to do so, but if for some reason they do not receive it, here's what they need to do.

1. Direct them to their "Reservation is Complete" email

 (or send them a new one, click "Send Receipt" in the reservation-see below)

2. Direct them to click on "View Reservation" in the email 

(This will take them to the renter's reservation management portal, see related article for more information) 

3. Locate the "Insurance" section, click on "COMPLETE SCREENING"

A window will appear that will guide them through the process to fill out the necessary information and submit!
