So you may wonder, what affects this score? 


  • Responding within 24-hours helps your response time score and your search rankings!


Your response rate percentage is calculated by finding:

  1. The total number of qualifying bookings in the past three months

  2. Of those, the number to which you have responded

Take number responded and divide it by total to get the response rate.

A "qualifying booking" is any booking for which a renter was the first one to send you a message.

"Responded" is defined as:

  1. You sent them a message

  2. You accepted the booking

  3. You declined the booking
