The following only applies to users & reservations that utilize the Wheelbase Insurance, if you have your own commercial insurance, this does not apply to you. 

An update has been made to the system to make sure that reservations without approved drivers, do not depart with insurance "enabled" and paid.

When a reservation is "Checked-Out," and there are no verified drivers, the system will automatically reject insurance coverage and refund your renter. If the reservation is not "Checked-Out" the system will process this refund at the EOD of the start date. (This does not apply to 'Delivery Only' insurance status.) 

What this means: You need to make sure that drivers are "approved" before checking out reservations in the dashboard. 

Why this update? Reservations without verified drivers do not qualify for coverage. This update reduces confusion by updating the reservation appropriately and refunding the renter accordingly.
