Go to ReservationÂ
Click "Enable Roadside Assistance" on right side of page
Fill out customer's information & enable roadside assistance

Refresh the page and try again
Make sure all customer information is filled out. Address, Email, Phone number (address must be a valid US address)
Check vehicle is eligible (complete information in Insurance Menu
Make sure you are not attempting to add Coach-Net to a reservation after departure. COACH-NET CANNOT BE ADDED AFTER IT'S BEEN CHECKED OUT OR DEPARTURE DATE HAS PASSED
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You will not be able remove Coach-net within 4 days of the renter's departure.
