Enabling Coach-Net

  1. Go to Reservation 

  2. Click "Enable Roadside Assistance" on right side of page

  3. Fill out customer's information & enable roadside assistance


There was a problem Enabling Roadside Assistance

  1. Refresh the page and try again

  2. Make sure all customer information is filled out. Address, Email, Phone number (address must be a valid US address)

  3. Check vehicle is eligible (complete information in Insurance Menu

  4. Make sure you are not attempting to add Coach-Net to a reservation after departure. COACH-NET CANNOT BE ADDED AFTER IT'S BEEN CHECKED OUT OR DEPARTURE DATE HAS PASSED


You will not be able remove Coach-net within 4 days of the renter's departure.
