1. Navigate to Account Settings in the Main Menu on the left

  2. Go to Employees & Users

  3. Click the green "Add a new employee"

  4. Fill out appropriate information (create a temporary password)

  5. Click "Save Employee"

The system will email them a copy of the login information and instructions on how to update their password. 


An Admin user has all the privileges that the parent user (the original profile) has, with the exception that only the parent user can create and add new users to the Wheelbase account.  


A Basic user can utilize all the features and functions of Wheelbase, but they are restricted from making changes to the Account Settings. Furthermore, they are prohibited from viewing reports that have to do with money. These are the reports a Basic user can view.
