π‘ Your claim number is the same as your booking ID. Use it to look up your claim on the status tracker or when referencing your case in any email.

π How to File a Claim
Claims must be filed online β no phone call required.
- Go to the reservation page in your Wheelbase dashboard
- Click "File an Insurance Claim" at the top of the page
- Complete the submission form as accurately as possible and submit
- You'll see a confirmation pop-up once it's received
A member of the Claims Team will follow up via email within 1 business day. Keep an eye out for emails from Outdoorsy and Snapsheet.
