This guide covers the two-step process of syncing your vehicle calendars via the Turo vehicle ID and setting up Turo email forwarding to your Wheelbase account.
Syncing Calendars
In Wheelbase, go to the “Calendar” Section when managing a vehicle.
Select “Manage Calendars”
A pop-up will appear. Now you will want to select the Option “Turo” for the type of calendar (instead of External ICS)
Enter the associated Turo Vehicle ID. On a Turo listing page, it can be found at the end of the URL. Click Add Calendar.
Note the email address at the bottom of the calendar pop-up. This is your Wheelbase account you will use for forwarding. Copy it.

- (Optional) Check the box for Apply the label if you wish to organize these emails within your Gmail inbox.
- Click the Update filter button to finalize.
Note: You may be prompted to complete a final authentication step. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish.
Verify the Setup
It is always best practice to double-check that the automation is active.
- Go back to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses.
- Look for the entry containing (insert your wheelbase user id)-turo@reply.outdoorsy.co
- If it appears in this list, your forwarding is correctly configured.
If you don't see Turo messages appearing in your Outdoorsy account within 24 hours, revisit the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab to ensure the forwarding address is "Verified."
