Enable real-time tracking and automated vehicle monitoring by connecting your Zubie, Bouncie, or Tesla accounts to Wheelbase. This integration allows you to view location data and vehicle health directly within your dashboard for seamless fleet management.
Prerequisites
- An active account with a supported telematics provider (Zubie, Bouncie, or Tesla).
- Admin level permissions in Wheelbase.
- Vehicles must be Published with a valid VIN entered in their profile to sync data correctly.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Part 1: Navigating to Telematics
- Log in to your Wheelbase Dashboard.
- From the left sidebar, click on Telematics.
Part 2: Connecting a Provider
- After confirming your email, click the + (Plus) button in the top right corner of the 'Telematics' page
- Select your provider (Bouncie, Zubie, or Tesla) from the Connect Provider dropdown menu.
- A Connect your Fleet window will appear.
- Enter the email address associated with your telematics provider account.
- Click Send Verification Code.
- Check your email for the code, enter it in the prompted field, and confirm the connection.
💡 Note
Once connected, your vehicles will automatically populate in the Telematics view. If a vehicle is missing, ensure its VIN in Wheelbase matches exactly what is registered with your telematics provider.
